Cancellation
You can cancel your MiniEvent Pro subscription at any time from your billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep Pro access until that date and are not charged again.
No annual lock-in
Pro is billed month-to-month at $5/month. There are no annual contracts or cancellation fees.
Refunds
Because Pro is billed monthly and you can cancel at any time without fees, we do not offer refunds for partial months. If you cancel mid-month, you keep Pro access through the end of that month.
Exceptions may be made at our discretion in cases of:
- Duplicate or accidental charges.
- Service unavailability lasting longer than 24 hours within a billing period.
- Other circumstances where we determine a refund is appropriate.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method again over the next several days. If all retries fail, your account will revert to the Free plan automatically, and your Pro features will pause until payment succeeds. Your event data is retained throughout.
How to request a refund
Email contact@minievent.net with your account email and the date of the charge. We will respond within 3 business days.
Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank, please contact us — we can usually resolve concerns faster directly. Chargebacks may result in account suspension pending review.
