Terms of service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MiniEvent ("the Service"), operated by MiniEvent ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Subscriptions and billing

The Service offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. Pro is billed monthly at the price displayed at checkout. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for unlawful purposes; (b) upload content that infringes third-party rights, is defamatory, or contains malware; (c) attempt to circumvent rate limits, plan caps, or access controls; (d) resell or sublicense the Service.

5. AI features

Pro features include AI-generated content (images, music, suggestions). Generated content is provided as-is and may be inaccurate or unsuitable for your purposes. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before use. We make no warranty as to the originality, fitness, or legality of AI-generated outputs.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload (cover images, event details, guest data). You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, process, and display this content solely to provide the Service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect.
